CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing (via email or post) in advance of the event.

The following cancellations charges apply:

a. 1-Week notice: Full refund

b. 3-6 Days notice: 80% refund

c. 2 Days notice: 50% refund

d. 1 Day or less notice: No refund

e. Failure to attend: No refund

 

If you are unable to attend the event we welcome substitute attending in your place

at no additional cost.

For security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event with the name and the contact email for both the registered and replacement.

 

Cancellation of the event by Casanova Gelato ltd : 

 

If unforeseen circumstances cause Casanova Gelato ltd to cancel an event all the participants will be informed as soon as possible and a full registration fee refund will be made. 

 

Casanova Gelato Ltd reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. 

 

If Casanova Gelato Ltd cancels an event, to the participants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, the participants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
